Located on over 1,000 acres of land in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, the Mercedes-Benz U.S. International (MBUSI) facility includes an automobile manufacturing plant, multiple test tracks, and a museum that showcases the company’s proud history. In September 2015, Mercedes-Benz announced Project Gateway, a 1.3 billion dollar, 300-job expansion of this Alabama plant.
In a collaborative effort focused on communicating Mercedes-Benz’s innovative history and the evolution of its American future, I created an infographic that shows the history of the Alabama and creatively captures the spirit of MBUSI. Their prestigious heritage and exciting journey into the future are presented in the timeless style that is Mercedes-Benz.
After the creation of the infographic, I designed a billboard to draw the attention of students to consider a future with Mercedes-Benz.
